PhotoHouse Photography LLC d/b/a PhotoHouse Photography, Toledo, OH, seeks Digital Transformation Manager: The Digital Transformation Manager plays a critical role in on-boarding, digitally enabling and supporting our nationally distributed teams of real estate photographers, videographers and podcasters. Researching and implementing new emerging technologies in the digital content delivery space, specifically for the real estate industry. AI research and adoption expertise a plus. Ensure timely, process-oriented development and delivery of digital content over multiple platforms, tracking, reporting and improving on key metrics. Introducing digitized, automated processes that will improve operational efficiency, introduce cost controls and improve customer satisfaction with our service and product offerings. Create and lead on-boarding and training programs that focus on driving integration of new team members and the on-going development of associates. Ensure operational metrics are being met by teams and provide feedback to the team. Strategize to overcome operational challenges and provide on-going and real time feedback to team members. Create a team whose culture is hyper focused on digital technology adoption, excellent client services and efficiency for our team. Focus on continuous improvement of workflows and processes to drive optimization and innovation. Collaborate with Photography, Videography, Content Development, Product, Research, and IT departments to deliver the most accurate data possible on behalf of our customers. Improve the quality of our offerings through the adoption of new, best in class digital transformation tools (especially AI & emerging tech) to distinguish us from competitive offerings. Requirements: Bachelor’s of Business Administration or foreign academic equivalent. At least 3 years of experience leading digital transformation practices, specifically within the real estate industry. At least 3 years of experience leading digital transformation projects and practice adoption. At least 3 years of experience interfacing between technology and business functions to delivery. At least 3 years of experience using digital tools and adoption to improve organizational operational practices. Special skills required include: Digital transformation; Project management; Software technology expertise; and AI research and adoption. Also requires proven track record driving accountability with individual contributors in a metric driven organization. Demonstrated experienced at building teams and operational metrics. Demonstrated ability to operate in fast paced environment with high creative and delivery standards. Able to communicate effectively with software engineers to build/implement systems to maximize efficient workloads.
